No. The interface has been designed to be as intuitive as possible and offer user-friendly features. You just need to define groups and projects and inform the users about the workspace they belong too.

Yes. The owner of a particular element (task, meeting, document) has full control over security parameters (read-only, add, modify, remove) related to other members and guests accessing his/her workspace.

Yes. The "Documents" module allows several members to work together on a single document thanks to the software versioning & checkIn-checkOut features. A workflow can be defined between members for document approval or inclusion.
